Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your VOYO / Level Up Life account and associated personal data. This page explains how — deletion is completed inside the mobile app after you sign in.

Permanent action. Deleting your account removes access to bookings, wallet balance, rewards, and membership benefits. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.

Delete from the app (recommended)

Open the Level Up Life app Sign in with the account you want to remove.
Go to Profile Tap your profile icon or avatar from the main navigation.
Scroll to Delete account In Profile or Edit profile, find the danger zone at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm with your password Enter your password and optional feedback, then confirm. You will be signed out immediately.

Before you delete

Cancel or complete any upcoming bookings
Withdraw or use remaining wallet balance where applicable
Resolve open support tickets if you need a final response

Deletion may be blocked temporarily if you have active bookings or pending orders.

What we delete

After confirmation, we anonymize or remove personal profile data, preferences, and app tokens. Aggregated analytics and legally required financial records may be kept in anonymized form.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@voyoworld.net from your registered address with the subject Account deletion request. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
