No. Downloading the app and browsing are free. You only add a payment method if you choose a membership tier. The member offer itself is redeemed in person at the venue.
From the app settings, tap "End membership" any time. Benefits continue to the end of the current billing period, and the membership does not renew after that.
VOYO is not a delivery app or a generic hotel booking engine. It does not guarantee tables, does not promise room upgrades, and does not auto-prioritise reservations. Every member offer is set by the venue and shown plainly on its page.
